Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Swap.Htmx products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Products and Licenses

Open Source Library (Swap.Htmx NuGet Package)

The core Swap.Htmx library is open source software licensed under the MIT License. See our License page for details.

Commercial Products

Commercial products (SaaS Starter Kit, Course, Components Library, Bundle) are sold under separate commercial licenses:

• Personal License: For individual developers on personal or client projects.
• Team License: For teams up to 10 developers within one organization.
• Enterprise License: For unlimited developers within one organization.

License Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted:

• You may not redistribute our commercial products
• You may not resell or sublicense our products
• You may not use our products in competing offerings
• You may not share your license with others outside your license tier

Purchases and Refunds

Payment

All purchases are processed through our payment provider (Gumroad). Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates within the same major version. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Swap.Htmx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated means to access our Services without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SWAP.HTMX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
